The client was in need of a presentation for the Design Advisory Panel for a new apartment complex. A rendered site plan was made, overlaying the civil drawings with aerial imagery and rendering the proposed changes to the site.
This was then used as a background for other “slides” for the presentation, including an enlarged Site Amenities slide. The details in the original rendering allow the enlarged plan to be highlighted and labeled . Examples of amenities provided by the owner were also included here for easy reference.
In a similar way, materials used for the initial rendering were re-purposed for use with other slides. Site sections were drawn and rendered, showing key elevation changes across the site.
Additional “Slide Templates” were provided to the architects so the building information could be included using the same format and titles.
