A proposed drive-thru restaurant on a very tight site within a sensitive development zone necessitated a presentation to the Design Advisory Panel. As is typical, development plan drawings were received from the engineer and from these sections were drawn, then both plans and sections were rendered.
Drawings from the project’s architect were incorporated into the presentation both for the required elevations and also for the title slide. While many of these presentation elements have become somewhat standardized, here additional slides were needed to illustrate the building’s signage and drive-thru details.
